Well this one will include Persona 4’s protagonist, Yu Narukam, from the Persona 4 Arena fighting game in addition to a bunch of other characters.
That doesn’t mean ArcSys is finished with BlazBlue: Central Fiction just yet.
While Dragon Ball FighterZ will feature the most iconic characters in the Dragon Ball series, BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle will extend beyond the BlazBlue universe, bringing a new twist to the popular fighting franchise.
In case you missed it, this wasn’t the only big news that Arc System Works had at EVO 2017, as they also announced BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle. It’s set to release in 2018, and we’ve got even more information (and a trailer) on its news post. Blue creator Rooster Teeth.
Going off the first trailer, which you can see above, it looks like Cross Tag Battle is a 2v2 tag battle game where you choose characters from the different franchises.
We also know that BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle is a 2D fighting game, now in development internally by Arc System Works, and it will be released in 2018 for home consoles.
