First look at Miranda Kerr’s Dior wedding dress

In the latest edition of American Vogue, the Australian model showcases her stunning dress designed by Dior’s newly appointed artistic director Maria Grazia Chiuri.

The model told Vogue that she wanted a timeless wedding dress for her big day and despite only having two fittings, “it all just came together so magically and so beautifully”.

The wedding dress, a long sleeved A-line satin gown with a high neckline, buttoned-down back and 3d floral embellishments, was created by Dior designer Maria Grazia Chiuri, and inspired by the iconic Grace Kelly.

“Honestly, I couldn’t have imagined a more lovely wedding dress”, Kerr told Vogue.

She added: “I’ve had a lot of fun with fashion, and I used to be more wild, free, bohemian. But in this period of my life, my style is more pulled back”, she revealed.

The former David Jones ambassador completed her look with a pearl-encrusted headpiece by Stephen Jones.

Supermodel Miranda Kerr tied the knot with Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel in May, but it is only now that she is sharing details about the momentous occasion.

“I have to be honest – she’s not a hard fit”, the designer said. ‘When I was young, my grandmother told me, “Miranda, men are very visual”.

Miranda Kerr has shared breathtaking photos from her wedding to Snapchat founder Evan Spiegel two months after the big event. “It’s important to look good.’ I was like, ‘OK, Nan'”.

Miranda Kerr has given fans the first glimpse of her wedding dress.

The small ceremony, which kicked off at 4pm, featured her son Flynn as ring bearer in a navy three piece suit, and guests were ferried to the location in limousines.

The couple’s wedding day was wholly intimate affair.

Kerr and Spiegel began dating in 2015 and became engaged a year ago. She said: “My partner is very traditional”.
