Sophie Turner ‘terrified’ of Game of Thrones ending

As Turner made her way down the red carper-wearing a super sparkly mini dress, we might add-fans couldn’t help but notice that Turner’s red locks looked a little darker than usual.

The show’s stars, including British actors Maisie Williams, Sophie Turner and Kit Harington, gathered at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles.

“It started strong, and then season-by-season got sort of ballistic”. Stark deaths are always the most shocking and it would be disgusting to see Sansa die after everything she has gone through.

Game of Thrones has broken numerous records with every new season. Given that Jon and Sansa will be in close proximity for at least the beginning of the next season, expect tension and lots of it. (We’re paraphrasing Turner here; she dropped patriarchy first, thank you.) However, let’s take a second to think about some spoilers.

Whilst Sophie can’t share details on the upcoming seventh season of the show – which airs next week – she has revealed the episodes will focus on “trust and loyalty” for Sansa. That could certainly put Sansa in a more overtly powerful position that might lead to something where she could “really [falter]”, again to borrow from Turner herself.

The 21-year-old actress plays Sansa Stark on the hit HBO fantasy drama, and has said she will likely be an “emotional wreck” when the show comes to an end after its eighth season, and she’s “really not looking forward” to saying farewell to Westeros.

So what exactly is Sansa going to end up doing?

Perhaps most important of all: does it really matter if she’s likable or not?
