Drake & Future Sued For $25M, Woman Claims She Was Raped At Concert

The unnamed woman claims a man associated with the Nashville venue, Bridgestone Arena, told her he would take her backstage to meet with the stars, but instead violently attacked her and raped her, according to The Tennessean.

Drake and Future have been hit with a huge $25 million lawsuit by a woman who claims she was raped by someone associated with the venue they performed at during a show back in August.

According to The Tennessean, Johnson was arrested and charged with rape, and is now awaiting trial.

The plaintiff argues that “each and every one of the defendants was the agent of the others in the context of the event, and, as a result, each is responsible for the conduct of the others”.

The woman claims Johnson had outstanding warrants for assault at the time of the alleged rape and claims the arena, the touring companies, the company that provided the security and the rappers all should have known that employing Johnson would “pose an unreasonable risk to others”. She says Drake, Future, the arena and multiple others should have known that employing Johnson had the potential to cause a risky situation for others.

Drizzy and the Freebandz emcee had one of the biggest tours a year ago, their joint Summer Sixteen tour of North America. She wants $25 million for her troubles, while Johnson is now behind bars awaiting trial for rape.

Reps for Drake and Future did not immediately respond to a Daily News request for comment.
