“You’ve got to win”. Get started for free by clicking the button below. “I think both of those are definite doables for us right now”.
“So we’ll know for certain at the end of the week based on whether NASCAR takes the cars after the race today”. Other short odds to win are Kyle Larson (5/1) and Brad Keselowski (7/1). In June, he became the fourth driver in the last six races that have won the race from the pole position so track position and dominator points are going to be the main focus this week.
This week the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series travels back to Michigan International Speedway for the second time in 2017 for the Pure Michigan 400 this Sunday. We didn’t tighten up for the last round. From a dominator standpoint, we see a split when it comes to how many drivers lead laps.
Matt Kenseth is one of the desperate drivers without a win this season to date and now sitting on the edge of making the playoff cut. Can Larson continue his run of MI victories and climb his way back up to the top of the leaderboard? Practice will be the determining factor.
“It was a good effort for the 5-hour ENERGY Toyota, starting eighth on the outside so that hopefully bodes well for a strong day for us Sunday“, said Jones. “OK, OK, OK. We’re going to let him race in Knoxville”. The latter snapped a 143-race losing streak.
After Friday’s practice at MIS, Larson flew to Iowa to run in Saturday’s 5-Hour ENERGY Knoxville Nationals sprint vehicle race.
(21) Ryan Blaney, Ford, 201.235 miles per hour. In 17 races at Michigan, Logano has two wins, five top five and 12 top ten finishes with an average finish of 12.1. Joey Logano is a close second and hasn’t finished outside the Top 10 at either track since 2012 (10 races).
This is where things get interesting.
On Sunday, all the infield guests can stand on the backstretch to cheer on their favorite driver as they drive by just before the Pure Michigan 400. “You lose time in one corner and you can’t make it up”. These are the drivers I love to add to my cash lineups on a weekly basis.
Kyle Larson has won the last three races held on two mile high banked ovals as he was the victor at California earlier this year and has won this race the last two years in a row. The first will start at 8:30 a.m./e.t. and will air on CNBC.
Kyle Busch, who has a long-running rivalry with Keselowski, was in no mood to discuss those comments after finishing a frustrating third in the truck race Saturday at MI.
Do you agree with Kyle Busch that Brad Keselowski is a moron, or do you think Toyota is really sandbagging?
With its fairly new smooth surface, MI is now the fastest track the series competes at as the cars are allowed to run unrestricted and the two mile oval’s wide design offers multiple options for drivers to find the fast way around. But this is the place to get it done, of course the same can be said for Earnhardt, Kenseth and Bowyer. That could change this weekend as Jr. presents some nice place differential value.
“We’ve got some really good memories here”.
Earnhardt Jr.is winless over the past two seasons, and he has only four top-10 finishes this year. I also have available my Race by Race Trends sheet you can view as well.
